Culinary Concierge Magazine set to launch

the most taste-ful magazine to hit Dallas/Fort Worth this August

New Orleans – July 19 - Culinary Concierge Multi-Market Media announced today that it will expand into a third market upon publication of Culinary Concierge Magazine Dallas/Fort Worth this August.

The Dallas / Fort Worth edition will continue the tradition of award-winning culinary coverage-- boasting columns by Dallas area culinary cognoscenti Dotty Griffith, Jim White and Teresa Gubbins; as well as, other nationally acclaimed writers John Mariani and Lorin Gaudin.

The exclusively food and wine editorial magazine is a platform for local food journalists to share bits of history, ingredients, recipes, people and pleasures that culminate to create the cuisine and the dining experience in an ever-evolving culinary marketplace. The quarterly publication-- which has been touted as a “gastronomic bible” by Decanter Magazine- is non-pretentious and interactive in nature. The attractive four-color layout and design of the magazine is enhanced by custom photography, which translates the flavor of the food and the passion of the people for a print medium. Additionally, Culinary Concierge features “gourmet a go-go”-- a comprehensive culinary calendar, and is punctuated by a user-friendly restaurant directory.

Kendall Gensler-- a Le Cordon Bleu-trained culinary professional, cookbook editor and food stylist- founded Culinary Concierge Magazine- New Orleans in 2000. The year 2005 was one of celebration for Culinary Concierge Magazine. In conjunction with celebrating its fifth birthday, the publication was recognized by the International Association of Culinary Professionals as a finalist for an Award of Excellence; as well as, rolling out an offering by Culinary Concierge Multi-Market Media to bring Culinary Concierge Magazine to other markets across the U.S. and abroad. More successes followed in 2006 and 2007. In addition to the New Orleans publication succeeding amidst the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina--Culinary Concierge magazines in the Emerald Coast of Florida and the Dallas / Fort Worth markets have been added to the portfolio. A fourth market is anticipated in 2008 with the launch of Culinary Concierge - Atlanta.

The concept of the network of Culinary Concierge Magazines was developed by Gensler and business partner Elizabeth Bodet to bring the coverage of the wine, dine and lifestyle scene in a specific area to the front burner--providing consistent, localized food and wine coverage. By doing so, Culinary Concierge Magazine is recognized as the “go to” culinary lifestyle key to each market that it serves.

Another appeal of the publication is as a unique marketing and advertising venue that creates an impact and drives consumers to local businesses. The multi-tiered circulation and distribution system ensures that each markets’ publication accesses a local, visitor, regional and national readership to include annual subscription and retail sales; as a guest amenity in fine hotels; as well as, available “on demand” in a digital edition format on culinaryconcierge.com.

Each market is locally licensed and operated which ensures that the information collected is the absolute “culinary current” by writers and stylists that have their fingers on the pulse of the wine, dine and lifestyle scene within each designated market. In the Dallas/Fort Worth market, native Dallasites Catherine and Bob Collins will publish Culinary Concierge and serve as managing editors. All magazines are overseen by Culinary Concierge Multi-Market Media with Kendall Gensler as Editor-at-Large and Liz Bodet as Art Director of all publications.
